Sponsored fee, $ per 1,000 followers

Payout, $ per 1,000 views

Indicative only. Real pay depends on your niche, audience, region and the deal you negotiate. Treat these as a starting point for a conversation, not a quote.

Most "how much do creators earn" tools either want to connect to your account or hand you one confident number that hides how it was worked out. This estimator does neither. You type in the numbers you already have, and it shows a low to high range built from rate bands you can see and change.

Pick a platform, enter your follower count and your average views, and optionally your engagement rate, and it estimates three things: a sponsored-post fee range, a platform payout from ad revenue or creator rewards, and an effective rate per thousand views. Every band is a general benchmark rather than a quote, so treat the result as a starting point for pricing a deal, not a promise of pay.

How it works

  1. 1

    Pick a platform

Choose TikTok, YouTube or Instagram. The rate assumptions switch to sensible defaults for that platform.

  2. 2

    Enter your numbers

Type in your followers or subscribers and your average views per post. Add your engagement rate if you know it.

  3. 3

    Read the range

See a low to high estimate for a sponsored post, platform payout and pay per thousand views. Adjust the rate bands to match your niche.

Questions about creator earnings

How much do creators earn per post?
It varies widely by platform, niche and audience quality, which is why this tool shows a range rather than one figure. A common starting point for sponsored posts is a few dollars up to twenty-plus dollars per thousand followers, adjusted for how well your audience engages. The estimate here uses editable bands so you can match what brands actually pay in your space.
How is creator income calculated?
This tool multiplies your followers by a sponsored-fee band per thousand followers to estimate a post rate, and multiplies your average views by a payout band per thousand views for ad revenue or creator rewards. It shows low, typical and high values instead of a single number, since real pay sits somewhere in that spread.
Does Instagram pay creators for views?
Not through a broad, open program the way YouTube shares ad revenue or TikTok runs its rewards scheme. Instagram bonuses have come and gone by invite and by region. For that reason this tool leaves platform payout out for Instagram and focuses on sponsored-post value instead.
Are these earnings estimates accurate?
They are indicative, not exact. No off-account tool can know your real rates, your deal terms or your niche premium. The value is in the range and the transparent assumptions: you can see every rate band and edit it to reflect quotes you have actually seen.
