Most of the day is small, loose things: a note to yourself, a short list, a timer for the thing in the oven, a sum you need once. Hive Board gives each of those its own cell on a single board so you are not scattering them across apps and tabs.

The whole board saves in your browser as you use it, on this device, with no account. Close the tab and come back and it is exactly as you left it. Nothing is uploaded, so a shopping list or a work note stays yours.

How it works

    Add the cells you need

    Drop in a sticky note, a checklist, a countdown timer or a quick calculator. Add as many as you like.

    Fill them in

    Type notes, tick items off a list, start a timer. Everything updates and saves as you go.

    It waits for you

    The board is saved on this device. Reopen the page later and your notes, lists and settings are still there.

Questions about Hive Board

Does my board get uploaded anywhere?
No. The board is saved in your browser on this device and never sent to a server. There is no account and no sign-up.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. It works in any modern mobile browser. Because there is no account, each device keeps its own board.
What if I clear my browser data?
The board clears with it, since that is where it lives. Copy anything you want to keep before clearing.
Is there a limit to how many cells I can add?
No hard limit. The practical limit is your screen and your device, since everything runs locally.
