Scheduling across time zones is guesswork. You work out that 3pm your time is a sensible hour for a colleague, forget about the person two zones further out, and land on a slot that means someone is dialing in at midnight. Doing the math for four cities in your head is where it falls apart.

This planner shows every location at once. Add the cities, and each one gets a row across the day, colored by whether that hour is comfortable, early or late, or the middle of the night. The overlap where most people are awake and working is easy to see. It runs in your browser and handles daylight saving for each place.

Questions about the meeting planner

Does it handle daylight saving time?
Yes. Each location's local time is worked out from its time zone, so daylight saving shifts are applied correctly for the date you pick.
What do the colors mean?
Green marks comfortable working hours, roughly 9 to 5. Amber marks the early or late edges of the day. The muted color marks night, when someone would be asleep.
Can I share the plan?
Yes. Copy the shareable link and the cities and the chosen time are saved in the address. Whoever opens it sees the same grid, no account needed.
Is my list of cities stored anywhere?
Only in your browser on this device, so it is there next time. Nothing is uploaded, and the shareable link only carries the cities and time you chose.
