Bulk AI Metadata Remover
Images from ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney and other tools carry hidden provenance data: C2PA Content Credentials, the prompt and seed, plus ordinary EXIF. Drop a batch and strip it all out before you share, right in your browser.
A bulk AI metadata remover strips the hidden provenance data that AI image tools attach. Drop a batch of JPGs or PNGs from ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney or Firefly and it removes the C2PA Content Credentials, the stored prompt and seed, and ordinary EXIF, so it works to remove AI metadata or clear Content Credentials from an image. It does not touch the pixels, so an invisible pixel watermark like Google SynthID is out of scope. There is no limit and no upload; it all runs in your browser.

Frequently asked questions
- Does this remove the AI watermark from an image?
- It removes the hidden data AI tools attach: the C2PA Content Credentials, the prompt and seed, and EXIF, without changing any pixels. That covers what most people mean by an AI watermark, and it comes off completely. It does not remove an invisible pixel watermark such as Google SynthID, or a logo drawn onto the picture, because those sit in the image itself rather than in the metadata.
- What are Content Credentials and C2PA?
- C2PA, shown in some apps as Content Credentials, is a tag that records how an image was made, including whether AI created it and which tool was used. ChatGPT, Adobe and others add it automatically. This tool finds that tag and strips it out along with the rest of the metadata.
- Which AI tools does it work with?
- Any image that carries metadata or Content Credentials, including pictures from ChatGPT and DALL·E, Google Gemini, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion and Adobe Firefly. JPG and PNG images are supported.
- Is there a limit, and does it cost anything?
- No limit and no cost. Clean as many images as you want, as often as you want, with no sign-up and no upload. Everything runs in your browser.
