How to use it

   Choose a grid size

   Start with a small grid for a quick game, or pick a larger one for a real memory test with more pairs to track.

   Flip two cards

   Tap a card to turn it over, then a second. If they match, they stay face up. If not, they flip back, so try to remember where they were.

   Clear every pair

   Keep matching until the whole board is face up. The fewer moves and the faster your time, the better your result.

How do you play Memory Match?

All the cards start face down in pairs. You flip two at a time: if they match, they stay revealed; if not, they turn back over. The goal is to find every pair, so the game rewards remembering where each card was when you saw it earlier.

How is my score measured?

By two things: how many moves you take and how long you spend. A move is one pair of flips. Fewer moves means you remembered more and guessed less, and a faster time means you found the pairs efficiently. Your best result for each grid size is saved.

Can I make the game harder?

Yes. Choose a larger grid, which adds more pairs to keep in your head at once. A bigger board means more cards have been shown and forgotten by the time you need them, which is what makes a strong memory pay off.

Is Memory Match good for children?

It is one of the better games for young children, because the rules take one sentence to explain and every turn gives instant feedback. Start them on a small grid of six or eight pairs so a game stays short, and play alongside them at first. Naming each card out loud as it turns over, then trying to recall it, is a simple way to build the concentration the game rewards.
